摘要
本研究构建了一个电力企业薪酬总额分配模型,首先通过专家组的头脑风暴确定分配因素,然后采用层次分析法确定各因素的权重。研究结论证实,电力企业在进行薪酬总额分配时,应当首先考虑经济效益,管理绩效次之,而结构特征居末。
This Article constructed a total remuneration of electricity distribution business model, first determine the allocation factor by the expert group brainstorming, and then using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each factor weight. Conclusion of the study confirmed that when the total remuneration during the power distribution companies should consider the economic at first, management performance followed, and structural characteristics of home at the end.
