摘要
双师素质教师的培养有其自身的特点,为保证培养质量,建立与之相配套的质量监控体系非常必要。本文依据民办高职院校培养专任教师双师素质的特点,有针对性地提出了质量监控体系的构想。
The work of cultivating double-professionally-title teachers has its own characteristics. It's necessary to build a matching monitoring system to ensure the cultivating quality. The paper proposes a quality monitoring system based on the characteristics of the double-professionally-title full-time teachers in the private vocational colleges.
