摘要
采用问卷调查和访谈法,在天津、吉林和江苏三地对1446名职技高师生中教师职业认同状况进行了调查,结果显示:职技高师生中职教师职业认同水平并不高,进一步提高的空间较大。女生、中职生源、农村和高年级学生分别比男生、普高生源、城市和低年级学生更为认同中职教师职业。最后对上述结果进行了讨论与分析,并提出提高中职教师福利待遇和社会地位、完善职技高师院校人才培养工作给予中职学校充分自主权等针对性建议。
The paper applies the research tools of questionnaire and interview to investigate the vocational normal college students' identification with the secondary vocational school teachers' career. The investigation covers 1446 vocational normal college students in Tianjin, Jilin and Jiangsu. The data shows that the identification level is not high and this career is more identified by female students and the students from secondary schools and higher grades or countryside than male students and those from lower grades or cities. The paper discusses the investigation and offers some suggestions.
