摘要
职业技能大赛是体现高职院校人才培养水平的一个表现方式,本文对目前高等职业院校技能大赛在训练过程中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了适用于高等职业院校的职业技能大赛的训练机制,对提高比赛成绩和技能竞赛的长远发展有一定的指导意义。
The professional skill competition is a way to show the personnel training levels in vocational colleges. The paper analyzes the problem existing in the training process of the professional skill competition and proposes a training mechanism suitable for the competition, which is of great significance for the future development of such competitions.
