孵化器在科技成果转化、扶持创业者方面发挥着重要作用,高校作为科技、人才、教育聚集之地,可以在原有科技园区的基础上,借鉴孵化器理论,促进高校科技成果转化,培养大学生创业,以创业带动就业,推动高校产学研结合。本文从孵化器理论的基本要点入手,探讨了高校科技孵化体系建设依据,并提出此体系的运作思路,以期促进高校科技孵化体系的建设。

Enterprise-Incubator plays an important role in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and in supporting entrepreneurs. As a gathering place for education, talents, science and technology, colleges and universities are the better place to use incubation theory based on the original science and technology zone to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities and to cultivate college students' entrepreneurship, creating more employment opportunities, and thus driving the combination of production, learning and research. The paper, resorting to the incubator theory, discusses the realistic basis of the construction of scientific incubation system in universities and puts forward an operation idea.
