摘要
基于山西某汽车公司的S108项目在ADAMS/Car模块中建立整车动力学仿真模型及路面模型,并进行整车的随机路面输入和脉冲输入平顺性仿真。通过仿真分析结果可知该车平顺性能良好。进一步改变前后悬架的弹簧刚度及减震器的阻尼,讨论其变化对该车的平顺性能的影响。仿真分析后,发现前悬架弹簧刚度的影响相对于后悬架稍大,而减震器阻尼的影响相对于后悬架稍小。
Based on SI08 project of a automobile company in Shanxi to establish the vehicle dynamics simulation model and road model in the ADAMS/Car,and the vehicle random road input and pulse input of vehicle ride simulation.The results of the simulation analysis shows that the comfort of the car is in good performance.Further change the spring stiffness and damping of the shock absorber of the front and rear suspension,respectively,to discuss the impact of the change on the car's smooth performance.After further simulation analysis and comparison,Found that the spring stiffness of the front suspension is a small bigger impact on the vehicle ride comfort,and the influence of the shock absorber damping is smaller relative to the rear suspension.
