摘要
为建立某FSAE赛车的虚拟样机模型及评价其操作稳定性,采用机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS中的ADAMS/CAR模块,建立了某中国大学生方程式(FSAE)赛车模型,并介绍了模型的过程及要点。仿真结果表明:在一定路面情况下,不同的车速对赛车的转向系统的影响不同,在一定的车速和路面情况下,前悬架阻尼的增加或者减少对转向系统的影响最大,相比之下,后悬架的刚度和阻尼对转向盘的振动影响小于前悬架,后悬架的阻尼比后悬架的刚度对转向系统的稳定性影响大些。
In order to establish the virtual prototyping model of a certain FSAE racing car and toassess its handling stability,he model of a certain Formul a SEA racing car was established by applying the ADAMS/CAR module of mechan ical system simulation software ADAMS,Themain points and process of the model ing were introduced.The result of simulations illustrate:In a certain road surface,various speed has different influence level to steering system.The most important influence fator is the damping increment of front suspension.In contrast,rear suspension' damping and stiffness has less influence to steering system's stability,but,the stiffness has much influence.
