摘要
客车的制作工艺流程复杂,其中客车车身的焊装工艺尤为重要。本文重点阐述了客车车身骨架的焊接结构,并对其工艺技术进行探讨研究,同时,针对当前车身骨架的焊接技术存在的不足之处,提出了改善车身骨架整体焊接质量的三方面建议。
Passenger car production complex process,in which the bus body welding process is particularly important.This paper focuses on the bus body skeleton of welded structures,and discuss its technology research,and for the inadequacies of the current body frame welding techniques exist,proposed to improve the overall quality of welding body frame three recommendations.
