西方生命伦理学自主原则“自主”之涵义辨析——从比彻姆、德沃金和奥尼尔的观点看 被引量：8

摘要 上个世纪五、六十年代西方生命伦理学兴起，逐渐确立了西方生命伦理学的四大原则，即尊重原则（PrincipleofrespectforAutonomy）、不伤害原则（Principleofnon—maleficence）、有利原则（Principleofbeneficence）和公正原则（Principleofjustice）。四大原则的确立引起了很多争议，
