摘要
幼儿园教师职业压力不仅影响其身心健康,而且会影响幼儿的身心健康。本研究以271名在编幼儿园教师为被试,编制了由18个项目组成的《幼儿园教师职业压力问卷》,包含工作难度与挑战性、工作责任与报酬、工作强度、管理制度与职业发展等四个维度,问卷信效度达到测量学要求。运用此问卷对178名幼儿园教师进行测量,结果显示幼儿园教师职业压力以中等压力和较大压力为主,压力整体水平高于中等压力水平。个人能力、幼儿安全问题、外部期望(角色任务)、家庭教养方式、学习和发展机会、工作职责、班级人数众多等是幼儿园教师职业压力的主要来源。
Preschool teachers' occupational stress affects the preschool teachers' physical and mental health, and also affcts the children. The research designed Preschool Teachers' Occupational Stress Questionnaire that included 18 items and four dimensions. The result had shown that preschool teachers were in middle or high occupational stress influenced by many factors such as personal ability, safety problems, parenling style and so on.
