摘要 目的研究水栀子(Gardenia jasminoides var.radicans)的化学成分。方法采用醇渗漉和液液萃取等方法提取,硅胶、反相ODS、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、HPLC等分离技术提取分离其化学成分,利用MS、NMR等光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果得到了10个化合物,其中7个环烯醚萜类化合物,分别为京尼平苷(1)、6α-去乙酰车叶草苷酸甲酯(2)、6β-去乙酰车叶草苷酸甲酯(3)、6α-甲氧基去乙酰车叶草苷酸甲酯(4)、6β-甲氧基去乙酰车叶草苷酸甲酯(5)、2'-coumaroyl mussaenosidic acids(6)、6''-O-trans-p—sinapoylgenipin genitiobioside(7);2个奎宁酸类化合物,分别为3,5-di-O-caffeoyl-4-O-(3-hydroxyl-3一methyl)glutaroylquinic acid(8)、methyl3,5-di—caffeoyl-4—O-(3-hydroxy-3-methyl)-glutaroylquinate(9);1个黄酮类化合物,为quercetin一3—O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10)。结论化合物3~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in the fruits of Gardenia jasminoides var. radicans Makino. METH- ODS Percolation with alcohol and liquid-liquid extraction methods were used to extract the constituents. And silica gel, reverse-phase octadecylsilyl( ODS), and sephadex LH-20 chromatographic methods were applied to isolate and purify compounds. MS, NMR spectro- scopic methods were used to elucidate their structures. RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the ethanolic extract of fruits from Gardenia jasminoides vat. radicans Makino, and their structures were identified as seven iridoids : geni- poside ( 1 ), 6α-hydrogeniposide ( 2 ), 6β-hydrogeniposide ( 3 ), 6α-methoxygeniposide ( 4 ), 6β-methoxygeniposide ( 5 ), 2'-0-( 4''- Hydrooxycinnamoyl) mussaenosidic acid ( 6 ), 6''-O-trans-p-coumaroylgenipin genitiobioside (7) ; two quinic acid derivatives : 3,5-di-O- caffeoyl-4- O- ( 3-hydroxyl-3-methyl ) glutaroylquinic acid ( 8 ), methyl 3,5-di-caffeoyl-4-O- ( 3-hydroxy-3-methyl ) -glutaroylquinate ( 9 ) ; and one flavonoid : quercetin-3-O-/3-D-glucopyranoside (10). CONCLUSION Compounds 3 - 10 are isolated from Gardenia jasmi- noides var. radicans Makino for the first time.
