Research of Copolymerization Kinetics on DMDAAC/IA

摘要 采用膨胀计法研究了过硫酸钾一亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发剂引发的二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵和衣康酸的水溶液共聚合动力学,测定了共聚合速率方程和表观活化能,用红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱对共聚物进行了表征。共聚合热力学计算表明,在温度T=303-333K的试验条件范围,共聚合的活化能变化么G〈0。研究结果表明,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵和衣康酸共聚合速率方程为Rp∝[M]1.49[I]0.53,共聚合表观活化能Ea=54.11kJ/mol。 The copolymerization kinetics on dimethyldiammonium chloride and itaconic acid in aqueous solution with potassium persulfate-sodium bisulfate redox complex initiator was studied by dilatometer method, the copolymerization rate equation and apparent activation energy were determined. The copolymerie composition was characterized by FT IR and Gel Permeation Chromatography separately. The results showed that the polymerization rate equation is and copolymerization apparent activation energy is Ea--54. llkJ/mol, respectively. At the same time, copolymerization thermodynamic calculation has also been investigated in synthetic condition the calculation results demonstrated that the eopolymerization t'ree energy is less than zero.
