DCS control system based on gas mixing flow proportio ning and heat valu e cascade controlling in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Company adopts the control patte rn of linking the mixing gas flow ratio with calculated heat value, realizing ef fectively the stabilization of pressure and heat value of mixing gas .This paper introduces the control principles, control methods and control effects of this system.
