弹体喷磷-静电喷涂工艺研究

摘要 研究了弹体喷磷-静电喷涂工艺,根据不同弹体材质、机械性能和结构特点,制定了典型的工艺流程并确定了主要工序的施工参数;根据积累的经验提出了喷涂工艺的生产管理要求;针对弹体在喷磷-静电喷涂生产过程中出现的质量问题提出了解决对策;并从人、机、料、法、环、测及现场管理等方面阐述了各种因素对产品涂层防腐质量的影响。 The technology for projectiles was described. According to the material quality, mechanical properties and structural characteristics of projectiles, the process flow and typical application parameters of main processes were determined. Based on the experience, the re- quirements of production management for spray parkefizing and static spray painting technology was worked out. In connection of the quality problems happened in the process of spray parker- izing and static spray painting of the projectiles some countermeasures were proposed. The in- fluence of factors, including labors, machines, material, methods, environments, testing andsite management, ere.on the corrosion protective performance of products was analyzed.
