从废银催化剂中回收银的研究

Research on Recycling Silver from Waste Silver Catalyst

某废银催化剂含银6.46%,属于低品位含银催化剂。经一段酸浸,在入浸细度-74μm占70%、液固比1∶4、浸出时间6 h、浸出温度80℃条件下,银浸出率在98%以上,浸出液氯化沉淀可得纯度高达99.9%以上的氯化银。

A waste silver catalyst contains silver of 6.46%, which belongs to low grade silver catalyst. After one period of acid leaching, under leaching granularity of -74 μm 70%, liquid-solid ratio of 1： 4, leaching time of 6 hours, and reac- tion temperature of 80℃, the leaching rate of silver is higher than 98%. Then after chlorination and precipitation of the leaching solution, the purity of silver chloride achieves as high as 99.9%.
