玻璃工业用长石选矿除铁试验研究 被引量:4

Experimental Research on Processing and Iron Removal of Feldspar Applied in the Glass Industry

摘要 对东海某长石原矿进行了选矿除铁试验研究。采用三段闭路破碎和棒磨控制筛分流程,加工出粒级满足玻璃用长石原料。经过一段擦洗、两段高梯度磁选、一段浮选的选矿加工工艺,产出68.77%的长石精矿、Fe_2O_3含量仅为0.10%,满足玻璃用精白长石原料质量要求,使长石资源得到高效利用。 In this paper, processing and iron removal of feld- spar from Donghai county was studied. After three-stage closed-circuit crushing, rod mill grinding and control screen- ing flow, feldspar samples whose size fraction met the glass industry were obtained. Then through one-stage scrubbing, twostage high gradient magnetic separation and one-stage flotation, a concentrate with feldspar grade of 68.77%, Fe2O3 grade of 0.10% was obtained, which met the quality requirements in glass industry, and realized the efficient uti lization of feldspar.
