加速溶剂萃取-气相色谱法测定沉积物中15种多氯联苯 被引量:12

Determination of 15 Polychlorinated Biphenyls in Sediments by Accelerated Solvent Extraction-Gas Chromatography

摘要 建立了沉积物样品中多氯联苯(PCBs)的分析方法。沉积物样品通过加速溶剂萃取、弗罗里硅土柱净化、气相色谱一电子捕获检测法测定。结果表明,该方法具有很好的精密度和准确度,其回收率为53.11%~108.44%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.42%~8.02%(n=6),检出限为2.28~3.98Pg/g,能够满足沉积物中PCBs的测定要求。 A method for the determination of 15 polychlorinated biphenyls in sediments was developed. Sediment samples were pretreated with accelerated solvent extraction and purified with Florisil column. And the concentrations of PCBs in sediment samples were quantified by gas chromatograph with electron capture detector(GC-ECD). According to the validation of the quality control, the results showed that the analytical method satisfied the requirement for the determinations of PCBs in sediments. The detection limits of method for PCBs were 2.28-3.98 pg/g and the recoveries were 53.1%-108.4%.
