摘要
在十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)存在下,研究了吲哒帕胺在碳糊电极(CPE)上的电化学行为,建立了一种简便灵敏的吲哒帕胺的电化学测定方法。结果表明:SDBS使吲哒帕胺氧化峰电位略有负移,峰电流增大。在优化的实验条件下,用方波伏安法(SWV)测定吲哒帕胺线性范围为2.0×10-7~8.0×10-4mol·L-1,检出限8.0×10-8mool·L-1。该方法可用于吲哒帕胺缓释片的定量分析测定。
A sensitive electrochemical determination of indapamide(IDP) at carbon paste electrode was proposed on the basis of the electrochemical sensitization of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS). The results indicated that the electrochemical responses of IDP were apparently improved by SDBS and the peak potential shifted slightly negatively. Under the optimized conditions, the currents versus IDP concentration showed a good linear relationship in the range of 2.0× 10-7-8. 0 × lO-4mol· L-1 with the detection limit of 8.0× lO-8mol· L 1by square wave voltammetry(SWV).
