摘要
建立了用1,2-秦醌-4-磺酸钠(NQS)作为显色剂,分光光度法测定头孢曲松钠的新方法。在pH=13.0的缓冲溶液中,NQS与头孢曲松钠发生亲核取代反应生成1:1的红褐色配合物,其最大吸收波长488nm。方法线性范围为2.4~168mg/L,相关系数r=0.9993,检出限为1.3mg/L。该法成功应用于针剂中头孢曲松钠含量的测定,回收率在98.29/6~101.6%。
A new method was established to determine ceftriaxone sodium by using sodium 1, 2- naphthoquinone-4-sulfonate(NQS) as a ehromogenic reagent. A russet product can be formed owing to the nucleophilic substitution reaction between ceftriaxone sodium and NQS at pH = 13.0. The maximal absorption wavelength of the product is 488 nm. Absorbency was linear with the concentration of ceftriaxone sodium in the range of 2. 4-168 mg/L with a correlation coefficient of r = 0. 9993. The detection limit was 1.3 mg/L and the average recovery rate was in the range of 98.2%-101.6%. The results indicated that the method could be applied to the determination of ceftriaxone sodium in injection.
