摘要
针对该生产废水中含有大量杂环状且具有杀菌作用污染物质(如多抗霉素原粉等)的特点,采用微电解+混凝预处理+上流式厌氧污泥反应器(UASB)+A/O工艺处理生物制药废水。处理规模60 m3/d。调试运行结果表明,在进水COD、BOD5、SS的质量浓度分别为12 000 mg/L、4 000 mg/L、500 mg/L时,出水分别为85 mg/L、15 mg/L、60mg/L,平均去除率分别为99.3%、99.6%、88.0%,出水水质稳定并达到GB 8978-1996中一级标准的要求。
According to the characteristics of microbial fungicide industrial wastewater containing lots of heterocycle type fungicide contaminant (such as doxycycline power), the combined process microelectrolysis +coagulation +upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) +A/O was used to treat the wastewater. The treatment scale was 60 m^3/d. The operation results show that when the concentration of COD, BOD5 and SS in influent is 12 000 mg/L, 4 000 mg/L and 500 mg/L, respectively, that of COD, BOD5 and SS in effluent is 85 mg/L, 15 mg/L and 60mg/L, respectively, and the average removal rate of COD, BOD5 and SS is 99.3%, 99.6%, 88.0%. The effluent quality is stable and meets the requirements of first class of standard GB 8978- 1996.
