类胡萝卜素生产废水处理工艺设计及运行

摘要 采用三效蒸发除盐+铁碳微电解+Feton氧化+A2/O组合工艺处理类胡萝卜素生产废水,处理规模为300m3/d。当混合废水COD为17.55 g/L、氨氮的质量浓度为267 mg/L时,经处理后出水COD为320 mg/L、氨氮的质量浓度4 mg/L,处理效率分别为98%、99%,出水能够稳定达GB 8978-1996中的三级排放标准。该组合工艺具有处理效率高、运行效果稳定等特点。 The carotenoids wastewater was treated with the combined process of evaporation, iron-carbon microelectrolysis, fenton, A^2/O. The treatment capacity is 300 m^3/d. When the COD, NH3-N in the influent were 17.55 g/L and 267 mg/L, the COD, NH3-N in the effluent were 320 mg/L and 4 mg/L, the average removal was 98%, 99%, respectively, which meets the water discharge standard steadily. The practice showed that the combined technique has advantages such as stable operation effect and high removal efficiency.
