摘要
针对浙江省某光伏企业多晶硅片生产废水特点和排放规律,采用分质收集、分类处理的设计原则:其中含氟废水采用"两级反应沉淀工艺",切磨废水采用"一级混凝沉淀工艺",处理难度较大的清洗废水采用"混凝沉淀-厌氧/兼氧/接触氧化工艺"。工程实践表明,该工艺处理效果良好,出水水质远远低于污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)三级排放标准,投资和运行费用低廉,具有良好的环境效益和社会效益。
According to the characteristics of discharged wastewater from the production of polycrystalline silicon in a Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. in Zhejiang province, the quality-based collection and separate pretreatment ofwastewater from different production sections were conducted. The fluorine-containing wastewater was treated by two coagulation and sedimentation processes, and the cutting and grinding wastewater was treated by a coagulation and sedimentation process, and the high concentrations of cleaning wastewater was treated by coagulation sedimentation and anaerobic/anoxic/contact oxidation processes. The engineering practice showed that the effluent quality met the third class criteria specified in integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB 8978-1996 ). The method was suitable for polycrystalline silicon production wastewater treatment with satisfied environmental and social benefits.
