摘要
中高压、大容量电力电子变流系统中,二次回路的辅助电源对系统的可靠运行起着关键性的作用。但目前已有的辅助电源大都针对低压、中小容量的变流系统,且普遍有输入电压较低、输入电压范围较窄或效率较低的问题。为此,设计了一种适用于中高压、大容量电力电子变流系统的辅助电源。该电源的输入范围为400~2 000V,输出24 V直流电压,采用两级DC/DC拓扑结构,可以很好地实现宽范围输入并避免输入/输出隔离问题。推导了前级变换器传递函数并给出了该电源的小信号模型,对其进行了稳定性分析。最后进行了相关的实验,验证了所设计辅助电源的正确性和可行性。
For power electronic converter systems of medium-high voltage and large capacity, using of high-voltage and wide-range DC/DC auxiliary power supply (APS) in secondary circuits is essential for these systems' secure operation. However, the existing APS are mainly designed for low-voltage, small power converter systems, so normally, they have low input voltage, narrow input and low efficiency. Therefore, we designed a DC/DC APS for medium-high-voltage, large power converter systems. The APS could work with input of 400-2000 V and output of 24V output. It adopts a two-stage DC/DC topology that helps to realize the wide-range input and isolation. Besides, we derived the transfer function of the APS's forestage converter, presented a small signal model of the APS, and analyzed the APS's stability. Finally, through experiments, the proposed APS is proved to be both valid and feasible.
