摘要
T型接头是船体板架结构中最典型、同时也是数量最多的接头形式,通过对不同焊接速度、不同焊脚长度影响因素下,焊接热输入量的有限元分析,对焊接所产生的固有应力、应变进行模拟计算,从而得出了相应的纵向、横向焊接变形,为T型接头焊接变形的有效控制提供了准确的数据,研究成果为我国现代造船模式的建立、造船精度控制产生积极作用。
T-joint is the most typical and the largest number of joint forms in hull structure, through finite element analysis of the weld heat input under different welding speed and welding leg length, and simulation calculation of natural stress and strain resulting from welding, then obtain the corresponding longitudinal and transverse welding deformation, it provides accurate data for effective control oft-type joint welding deformation, the research achievement plays an active role in the foundation of modern shipbuilding mode and shipbuilding precision control.
