摘要
研究高校学生食堂的利润、剩余与就餐人数、供应调整系数之间的关系并对其进行计算机模拟.通过分析就餐人数和供应量的变化规律以及食堂的成本函数,以利润最大化和剩余最小化为目标,建立多目标优化模型.并利用计算机模拟确定供应调整系数的最优取值区间,可供管理决策者参考.
We researched the relationship between the profits, the surplus, me number of meals and the supply adjusting coefficient of the university student cafeteria. By analyzing the variation of the number of meals, the amount of supply and the cost functions of the cafeteria, choosing the maximizing profits and the minimizing surplus as the objective function to establish multi-objective optimization model. We determined the optimal value interval of the supply adjustment coefficient by computer simulation and our results were available to decision makers.
