摘要
夹持机构是锻造操作机系统的关键部分,主要用于夹紧工件配合主机完成开坯、镦粗、拔长、精整等各种锻造工艺,因此对夹钳机构的优化对于提高锻造操作机工作能力具有很大帮助。基于遗传算法对夹钳机构各部分尺寸进行优化,通过使用MATLAB中GA工具箱和GUI界面得到各部分尺寸最优值,优化后的机构相对于原机构,在工作时所需要的液压缸拉紧力减小了。
Clamping device is the key part of forging manipulator system. It's mainly used for clamping work pieces to help the host completing all kinds of forging processes, such as break-down, jumping-up, drawing out and finishing. So the optimization of clamp helps improve the performance of forging manipulator a lot. Based on Genetic Algorithm, the size of each part of clamp is optimized in this paper through the combined use of GA box and GUI user interface in MATLAB. Compared with the original mechanism, the tightening force of hydraulic cylinder needed in the optimized one is smaller.
