纸纤维操作微型平台的设计与优化

Design and Optimization on Micro Platform With Manipulating Paper Fibers

摘要 通过对纸纤维特性及其微结构深入了解的基础上进行了微型平台的机构运动原理分析,搭建了纸纤维操作微型平台系统,进行了纸纤维的观测和操作等相关实验,进而通过实验分析对机床进行了优化设计,提出了改进平台的结构方案,利用软件构建了新平台的三维实体模型并分析,未来要进行对新平台的搭建和进行实验以论证平台的合理性和实用性。 Based on the understanding of properties and microstructure of the paper fibers, the mechanism princi- ple of the micro platform was analyzed. The micro platform system with manipulating the paper fibers was set up and the cortes ponding experiments of the observation and operation of the paper fibers were done. Through experimental analy- sis the imploving scheme of the platform was proposed, the micro platform was optimally designed, meanwhile,The soft- ware CATIA was used to generate 3D solid model for the platform. In the future the rationality and practicability of the new micro platform will be verified by its set up and experiments.
