摘要
运用自主开发的基于MATLAB和UG的弧面分度凸轮三维造型设计系统建立弧面分度凸轮机构的三维模型,在UG软件中将模型数据变换为ANSYS能够接受的Parasolid文件格式,导入ANSYS软件中,经过装配和修复进行弧面分度凸轮的瞬态动力学分析。得到弧面分度凸轮机构在分度期内的弧面分度凸轮工作轮廓曲面和转盘滚子曲面的动态接触应力分布及其变化规律,其分析结果与实际工作情况相符。
The 3D model of globoidal indexing cam mechanism was designed in the paper by globoidai indexing cam 3D modeling design system,which was design and developed independently based on MATLAB and UG software,it was converted to Parasolid file format in the UG software,then the file is accepted by the ANSYS software. Transient dynamic analysis was analyzed in ANSYS software after 3D model of globoidal indexing cam was assembled and repaired. Dynamic contact stress distribution and its variety law between work contour surface of globoidal indexing cam mechanism and surface of turntable rollers was obtained in indexing period of globoidal indexing cam mechanism. Its analysis result is in accordance with actual working status.
