The application of fading surfaces is becoming more and more popular in product modeling design and becomes a popular trend. The Rhinoveros software is used to carry out analysis and study to fading surfaces of product modeling, then the construction methods and rules of fading surfaces in 3D model are concluded, so that the design ability and modeling efficiency of product designers can be improved.
