摘要
设计并完成了的蒸养制度、矿物掺合料、水灰比对先张法预应力离心耐腐蚀空心方桩(以下简称耐腐蚀空心方桩)桩身凝土强度和电通量的相关试验,得出该空心方桩桩身混凝土C60、C80的最佳配合比,并在此基础上研究了耐腐蚀空心方桩身混凝土抗氯离子渗透、抗冻融循环、抗硫酸盐侵蚀等耐腐蚀性能。试验结果表明:C60和C80的氯离子迁移系数分别为0.9×10-12 m2/s和0.6×10-12m2/s;C60、C80混凝土的抗冻等级为F350、F400;C60和C80混凝土试件经过150次干湿循环后抗压强度耐蚀系数大于100%,抗硫酸盐等级>KS150,均满足JGJ/T 193—2009《混凝土耐久性检验评定标准》设计指标最高要求。
The compressive strength and chare passed of pretensioned prestressed spun corrosion resistant square piles' concrete were tested in different steam-curing system、mineral admixture and W/C,so got the best mix ratio of C60,C80 concrete,on this basis,its resistance to sulfate attack、chloride ion penetration and freezing-thawing cycle were studied.The results showed that the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of C60 and C80 respectively were 0.9 ×10-12 m2/s and ×10-12 m2/s ;the C60 and C80 concrete frost resistant grade respectively were F350,F400;the corrosion resistance coefficient of C60 and C80 concrete specimens were higher than 100%after 150 times of wetting-drying cycles,the sulfate resistant grade>KS150,to meet the highest requirements of JGJ/T 193-2009“standard for inspection and assessment of concrete durability”.
