摘要
清水混凝土是建筑业发展的重要方向之一。首先,对清水混凝土的概念及发展现状进行了简要介绍;其次,对包括原材料、配合比、搅拌、运输、存储、浇筑、振捣、养护、模板及其处理等影响清水混凝土的质量因素进行了总结分析;结合重要的市政工程应用清水混凝土的实践,介绍了针对各影响因素所采取的管控措施;最后总结表明,清水混凝土在满足一般混凝土强度、耐久性及抗裂等基础上,其成败的关键在于模板的选择及处理。
As-cast finish concrete/bare concrete is one of the important direction of the development in construction.First ,the concept of bare concrete and development present situation has carried on the brief introduction;Then,including raw materials,mix proportion,mix-ing,transportation,storage,pouring,vibrating,curing,templates,and its processing,summarizes the factors affecting the quality of the wa-ter concrete analysis;Next,combined with the practice application of bare concrete in the important municipal viaduct engineering ,the controlling measures were introduced according to various influence;The final conclusion showed that the key to success construction lies in the choice of template and its processing.
