摘要
产城融合发展模式是目前产业集聚区发展的主流趋势,它强调区内产业性、宜居性和生态性的高度协调,是避免大城市病和新旧城区脱节,以及实现城市组团发展的重要理念。文章提出了产业集聚区产城融合发展评价的理论模型,并基于组合赋权和四格象限法对河南省20个具有典型代表性的产业集聚区进行了实证研究。
The pattern of industry and city fusion is a major trend in the development of industrial agglomeration area at present. It highlights the coordination among industry, living and ecology, and it is an important concept for avoiding big city disease and for actualizing group development. This paper discusses a theoretical model for evaluating industry and city fusion in industrial agglomeration area, and conductes an empirical study on 20 areas in Henan Province based on combining weight and four quadrant method.
