论我国能源结构调整与能源法的应对策略

The Coping Strategies of China's Energy Structure Adjustment and Energy Law

能源是有限的,而人类的需求和欲望是无止境的。随着经济和社会的发展,我国能源发展中不平衡、不协调、不可持续问题突出,能源结构的不合理性、约束性也进一步凸显,危及能源安全,我国的能源结构亟待调整。文章以我国能源结构状况为切入点,联系实际,探讨我国能源结构调整的方向及能源法的应对之策,从实际和理论两个方面来剖析我国的能源结构调整。

Energy is limited and fragile while human needs and desires are endless. With the development of economy and society, China＇s energy developmental unbalanced, uncoordinated and unsustainable problem is outstanding, the irrationality and binding character of energy structure is also further highlights. They are endangered the energy security and energy structure of China to be adjusted. To the energy structure as the breakthrough point, this paper connects with practice, discusses the adjustment direction of energy structure and the coping strategies of energy law, and from two aspects of practice and theory analyses the energy structure adjustment of our country.
