2010—2011年昆山市无偿献血者不合格项的调查

Investigation on unqualified voluntary non-remunerated blood donors in Kunshan city during year 2010 - 2011, China

目的分析昆山市志愿无偿献血者在献血前征询和一般检查过程中排除永久不宜献缸和暂缇献血的情况，减少不必要的检验，节省成本，挖掘巨大的血液资源，确保献血者和受血者的健康安全。方法通过2010—2011年内所有参加无偿献血者进行身份确认、献血前健康征询和检查，将结果填入自制表格中进行分类分析、统计。结果2010～2011年共17786人次（血小板1182人次，全血16604人次），其中不合格人次2209份，占采血总人次的12．42％，暂缓献血率为11．68％（2079人次），永久不宜献血率为0．74％（130人次），结论从健康人群中选择献血者，加强献血前的征询和健康检查，发展更多的固定无偿献血者，建立一支志愿无偿献血者队伍，在确保献血者安全的基础上，保证昆山地区充足和安全的血液。

Objective To analyze Kunshan voluntary non-remunerated blood donors in the process of consultation and general inspection before donating blood, and to rule out a permanent disqualification and to prevent the delay of blood dona- tion, to reduce unnecessary inspection, cost savings, mining resources, huge blood to ensure blood donors and recipients of the health and safety. Methods During year 2010 ~ 2011 the identity of whole participated voluntary blood donors have been confirmed, health consultation and examination performed, and the results have been classified in statistical analysis. Results From 2010 to 2011, a total of 17 786 （ platelets 1 182 person-time, whole blood 16 604）, of whom is unqualified, 2 209, accounting for 12.42% of the blood total passengers ,suspend the blood donation rate was 11.68% （2 079 ）, a per- manent unfavorable donate blood at a rate of 0.74% （130）. Conclusion In the healthy people choose blood donors, strengthen consultation and health examination before donating blood, developing more fixed voluntary non-remunerated blood donors ,establish a blood donation volunteers team ,on the basis of ensures the safety of blood donors ,ensure adequate and safe blood Kunshan region.
