目的通过统计医院AB型红细胞使用情况,合理贮发血,最大限度地减少血液的过期报废。方法按本院2012年AB型红细胞出库记录本,统计出每U红细胞采血时间、入库时间、用血时间,再进行数据分析,得出库存统计数据。结果平均入库效期为17.3 d,平均库存周转为4.5 d;调剂红细胞65 U,占10.3%。结论 AB型红细胞库存合理、周转较快,但结合血液效期情况,为减少血液的过期浪费,进行血液调剂是必要的。

Objective To analyse statistics of the use of the red blood cells of type AB and to minimize blood scrapped and expired in Funing People＇s Hospital. Methods From the record of AB group RBCs,each unit RBC was statised collecting time,storage time,with the time of blood use,then carried on the data analysis. Results The average storage period is 17.3 d, the average inventory turnover time is 4. 5 d; adjust the red blood cells of 65 U, the proportion is 10. 3%, Conclusion It is necessary to adjust blood to reduce the waste of blood according to the effective time.
