The Characteristics of the Management of Social Organizations of the Communist Party of China during the Early Period of the Founding of the PRC

新中国成立初期,中国共产党在整合新旧社团的实践过程中,形成了以社团党建、群众工作、规范化管理、宣传教育为特征的社团管理方法。在党和政府的领导下,各社团加强自身建设,积极投入新中国建设,对巩固新生的人民政权作出了重要贡献。这一段历史经验为今天的社会组织管理提供了启示。

During the early days of the founding of PRC, The Communist Party of China made a new management method by party building, mass work, standardization management and publicity and education in the integration process of new and old social organizations. Under the leadership of the party and the government, the social organizations strengthened their own construction unceasingly, and participated in the construction of the PRC actively. They made an important contribution to the consolidation of the new people＇s regime. This period of history give us a useful illumination in the social organization management today.
