摘要
通过对军队后勤信息化门诊取药流程的再造,解决了取药窗口排长队、嘈杂拥堵,减少了医患纠纷,使得门诊大厅秩序井然、病人取药时间大大缩短、满意度提高。
Perfection of medicine acquisition procedures had settled the problems of long queues and crowdedness in front of the medicine-acquiring service window and reduced conflicts between patients and medical personnel. Consequently, with maintenance of the outpatient service in good order and sharp reduction of the medicine-acquiring time, patients showed greater satisfaction to the services.
