摘要
针对目前农机安全事故频发的现状,对农业机械的风险评价进行了研究。根据风险评价的有关理论,阐述了农机风险评价的基本程序和评价方法,并结合WSR系统方法论,提出了基于WSR的农机风险减小策略。农业机械产品关乎农民的生命财产安全,农机风险评价的有效开展可以保障农业机械化又快又好的发展,并且可以为农机安全监理提供科学依据。
Research on risk assessment of agricultural machinery has been made according to the present situation of agri cultural machinery safety accidents. This paper develops the basic procedure and evaluation method of risk assessment a bout agricultural machinery in base of the existing machinery risk assessment theory. And the WSR methodology is applied to make the risk reduction strategies. The agricultural machinery production has a relationship with the safety of farmers＇ lives and property, and the effective conduction of agricultural machinery assessment can make agriculiural mechanization develop rapidly and healthy. Meanwhile, it can provide scientific basis for safety supervision of agricultural machinery.
