摘要
为了提高收获效率、降低秧草收获的成本和劳动强度,设计了一种集秧草切割和收集一体的手推式收获机,并阐述了该机的总体结构以及切割装置、收集装置的工作原理,研制样机并进行了田间收获实验。实验结果表明,秧草收获机平均工作效率为0.091 7hm2/h,平均漏剪率为1.98%,达到设计要求。该机提高了秧草的收获效益,有助于推动秧草的规模化生产。
To increase efficiency, reduce labor intensity and cost during harvesting medicago falcate, a handled-harvester for cutting and collecting medicago falcate was designed. The overall structure and the working principle of the cutting de vice and the collecting device were described. The prototype was made, then The field experiment was conducted. The ex perimental results showed the machine' s average productivity was 0. 0917hm2/h, average leakage cutting rate was 1.98%. Both indicators of the harvester were accord with the requirements of the research project. This machine improves the effectiveness of medicago falcate, and helps to promote the large-scale production of medicago falcate.
