摘要 为了更好地满足烟草穴盘漂浮育苗工厂集约化、规模化、机械化的需要,以达到有效地降低广大烟农的劳动强度,提高劳动效率,设计了一种200穴苗盘烟草智能装盘播种机。该机具以1台单相异步电动机和1台步进电机为动力源,可1次完成自动送盘、基质填充、压实压穴、播种、淋水裂解、二次覆基质等多项作业。采用旋转滚筒式落料装置使基质雨状散落,使基质均匀下落;采用双刮板双压穴装置使落入穴中的基质得到2次压实和2次填充,实现盘穴穴坑形状规则,为播种打下基础;采用程序控制步进电机驱动的播种装置实现单双粒播种。该机具可以达到播种均匀、可控和高效的目标,同时具有结构紧凑、体积小、便于移动、操作简单和动力消耗小等优点。 This paper designs a 200-pit-tray tobacco intelligent plate planter. For meeting the requirements of tobacco floating-seedling intensity, run the operations at scale, and mechanizing, and to reduce the labor intensity of tobacco farmers and boost working efficiency, this machine can automatically convey the plate, matrix filling and compacting, see- ding, watering and matrix recovering. Bi-scraper is adopted in this machine. It makes the matrix fill and compact twice in one operation. It also makes the pits regular and easy to seed. Single-double sowing is achieved via a program controlled step motor. This machine distributes seed evenly, adjustable and high efficiency. The machine has many obvious strong points as compact structure, smaller volume, easy to operate and remove and low power requirements.
