烟田挖坑施肥机的试制与试验研究

Research on Trial-manufacture and Experiment of Dig-fertilize Machine for Tobacco Planting

对国内外烟草生产现状进行分析,提出加快烟草种植以及生产系列配套机械研究和推广,尤其是烟田挖坑施肥机的研制和生产的必要性;设计开发了一种简单、高效的机械化机具来进行挖坑施肥专用作业,以代替人工挖坑施肥,提高了烟草种植的效率和烟农种植烟草的积极性。该机采用专用间歇式外槽轮式排肥器,其排肥器外槽轮采用两槽结构,排肥槽中的装肥量就是每次的排肥量,依靠外槽轮的转动,槽轮中的肥料被直接丢入坑中,真正实现了间歇排肥。施肥的位置靠链传动的传动比确保穴施位置准确与散开,保证施肥量均匀一致,既解决了肥料的浪费问题,又提高了肥料的有效利用率。

To accelerate the research and extension of tobacco planting machine and the accessories and more important the necessity of dig-fertilize machine manufacturing. Thus, to develop one machine with the abilities as simple, effective for digging and fertilizing in stead of manpower. In the other hand, to stimulate the farmers pay more attention on tobacco planting, a batch type roller distributor is designed. Bi-slot structure is adopted in fertilizer apparatus. Fertilizer loaded in the pit of the slot is the quantity to the field each time and the power comes from the rotation of the slot wheel. A chain transmission device ensure the precise and uniformity in fertilizing. To do this not only economizes fertilizer, but also en- hances fertilizer efficiency.
