摘要
结合当前谷物联合收割机田间性能试验的实际状况,研制了一套用于谷物联合收割机田间性能试验的自动控制同步接样系统,解决了人工接样环节工作量大、强度高、环境恶劣、安全隐患大和测试精度低等难题。同时,阐述了接样装置及控制系统的结构、组成及工作原理,并根据试验结果对系统的精度进行了分析。
Based on the current performance of combine harvester field test the actual situatlon, me aevelopmem of a set of used combine harvester field performance test of the automatic control synchronous sampling system, to solve the manu al sampling session workload, high strength, poor environment, safety hidden, low test accuracy problems. Describes the sampling device and control system structure, composition and working principle, according to the test results on the ac curacy of the system is analyzed.
