采动岩体应力场与损伤场数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Stress Field and Damage Field for Mining Rock

摘要 运用ANSYS数值模拟软件对某矿110工作面开采扰动条件下的应力场与岩体损伤场分布与演化规律进行了数值模拟实验。实验结果表明,由于煤壁前方15 m左右存在1个采动峰值压力带,因此随着工作面向前推进煤壁附近的煤体破坏较充分;直接顶首次深度损伤在30 m左右,之后每隔10 m左右产生1次深度损伤,由此可以确定初次来压及周期来压步距;基本顶的深度损伤并未出现在煤壁附近,而是在采空区后方作周期性损伤和触矸。 The numerical simulation experiment of stress field and damage field for 110 working face under mining situation in a mine was carried out by using numerical simulation software of ANSYS. The experiment results show that there is a pressure peak value zone in front of the coal wall about 15 m, so coal body is broken fully in the zone with working face advancing; broken depth of immediate roof for the first time is about 30 m, immediate roof will be broken after about every 10 m, it can determine the distance of first weigh- ting and periodic weighting; the depth broken of main roof occurs in the rear of the goal for periodic damage and touch gangue but not nearby the coal wall.
