摘要
以河南某矿347工作面厚煤层回采巷道为研究对象,运用理论分析、数值模拟和现场监测等方法,研究了高水平应力作用下U型钢支护巷道围岩塑性区分布和变形情况。研究结果表明:巷道顶部塑性区分布范围较浅,两帮和底部相对较深,最大值都达到了3 m;相对来说底部变形量较大,最大底鼓量达到260 mm。针对高水平应力作用下巷道U型钢支护的变形特点,对原有支护体系进行优化,利用高强锚杆对巷道帮部和底部进行加强支护,数值模拟及工业性应用都表明了优化后的方案对控制围岩变形起到了良好的效果。
The paper, taking the thick seam mining roadway at 347 working face of a mine in Henan as research object, research deform- ation and distribution situation of plastic zone of U - steel supported roadway surrounding rock under great horizontal stress by using the- oretical analysis, numerical calculation, field observations and other methods. The results show that the plastic zone at the top range of roadway is shallow, at the side and bottom is deeper relatively, and the maximum deep reached 3 re;the larger deformation is relatively at the bottom, maximum amount of floor is 260 mm. For roadway deformation features of u - steel support under great horizontal stress, the existing support system is optimized by using high - strength bolt to reinforce support of the roadway side and bottom, numerical sim- ulation and industrial applications show that the improved support method has a good effect on controlling surrounding rock deformation.
