摘要
从理论角度分析了正压氧气呼吸器的呼吸阻力产生机理、影响因素,并通过试验验证了该理论分析的正确性。分析结果表明:呼吸器的呼吸阻力由加载于气囊内的周期性动态压力和管道结构产生的流动阻力组成;对气体流动阻力影响从大到小依次是管道直径或等效直径、气体流量(呼吸流量)、气体压力;气囊内的周期性动态压力由弹簧力和压板横截面面积决定。
The article analyzes the respiratory resistance generation mechanism and influence factors of positive pressure oxygen respira- tors and verifies the correctness of theory analysis by experiments. The results show that respiratory resistance includes periodic dynamic pressure loaded in airbag and flow resistance in pipe sturcture; the main factors of air flow resistanee in decreasing order arc pipe di- ameter or equivalent diameter, gas flow (respiratory flow) and pressure; the periodic dynamic pressure loaded in airbag is determined by spring force and the cross - sectional area of platen.
