摘要
调线调坡是对已竣工的桥梁、隧道等结构物的空间三维坐标进行量测后,根据现场的实际结构施工情况,对线路平、纵断面进行优化,以满足设备限界、建筑限界要求,是城市轨道交通线路设计中的重要环节。调线调坡的主要设计原则:以现场实测资料为基础,在原有设计标准基础上,对线路进行调整,以满足限界要求;必要时,在征得各个专业同意的前提下,也可对原有设计标准进行适当调整。调线调坡的主要方法:应以线路平面及纵断面调整为主,必要时,也可对设备进行特殊设计或对已施工结构进行处理。主要介绍调线调坡的设计原则和基本方法,并通过具体的工程实例对调线调坡的步骤及应注意的问题进行分析说明。
Route alignment and gradient adjustment is an optimization process of route plane and profile based on actual field situation after measuring the spatial three-dimensional coordinates of the as-built bridges, tunnels and other structures, so that the route can meet the requirements of equipment and structure clearance limitations. Therefore, route alignment and gradient adjustment is an important part in route design of urban rail transit. The main design principle of route alignment and gradient adjustment is as follows: based on the field measured data and original design standard, the route is aligned so as to meet the clearance limitation requirement; and when necessary, the original design standard may be adjusted appropriately on the premise of being agreed by all related disciplines. The main method of route alignment and gradient adjustment is as follows: the alignment of route plane and profile should be the priority, and when necessary, the equipment may be designed specially or the as-buih structures may be adjusted. This paper emphatically introduces the design principle and basic methods of route alignment and gradient adjustment; and in combination with specific project examples, this paper also analyzes and expounds the procedures and matters needing attention.
