摘要 结合丰双铁路分离式立交桥工程实践,重点介绍在连续钢箱梁顶推过程计算中对梁底不平顺的一种简单准确的处理方式,通过对比监控数据,验证了这种处理方式计算竖向变形的准确性。同时介绍本桥设计中对顶推竖向变形控制采取的一系列措施,从而保证了特殊情况下主梁跨越最大跨度后顺利上墩,也对多箱式钢箱梁整体顶推中的一些问题进行反思和探讨,以期在其他类似工程中加以借鉴。 In combination with engineering practice of the overpass bridge above the Fengtai-Shuangqiao Railway, this paper emphatically introduced a simple and accurate handling way to simulate the bottom unevenness of the continuous steel box girder during the calculation of incremental launching process. Afterwards, in comparison with monitoring data, the accuracy of vertical deformation calculation by this handling way was verified. At the same time, this paper demonstrated a series of measures about how to control the vertical deformation during the design of incremental launching process for this bridge. As a result, these measures were so effective that the main girder could be installed upon bridge piers successfully after crossing the maximum span under special circumstance. Moreover, this paper introspected and discussed some problems in the design of incremental launching process of steel multi-box girder, in the hope of serving as a reference for other similar projects.
