摘要 针对城市铁路隧道主要灾害及其特点,对城市铁路隧道防灾救援监控与报警技术进行分析研究,提出适合我国城市铁路隧道防灾救援监控系统和报警系统的技术方案,系统应集隧道数据采集、监视、控制、管理及隧道日常养护于一体,使视频、音频、无线频道、控制数据在一体化软件平台上实现综合监控,为铁路隧道行车安全提供保障。 Focusing on the main disasters and their characteristics in urban railway tunnels, this paper conducted an analytical research on monitoring and rescue technology for disaster prevention and rescue in urban railway tunnel, and then proposed a technical plan which is suitable for our country's monitoring system and alarming system for disaster prevention and rescue. This paper made a proposal as follows:an ideal system should be so smart that it can integrate tunnel data collection, monitoring, controlling, management and tunnel's routine maintenance, and should be used for comprehensive monitoring upon an integrated software platform, including video frequency, audio frequency, radio frequency and control data, ensuring the safety of railway operation in tunnels.
