子痫前期与代谢性疾病

Preeclampsia and metabolic diseases

子痫前期(preeclampsia,PE)是指在妊娠20周后出现的以高血压、蛋白尿及水肿等为主要症状的一组临床症候群。血糖升高、血脂异常、胆汁代谢异常、肥胖和甲状腺功能异常等代谢性疾病与PE的发生及发展有着密切联系。本文就近年PE与代谢性疾病关系的研究进展进行综述。

Preeelampsia is a set of clinical syndrome with cardinal symptoms of hypertension , proteinuria and edema after 20 weeks of pregnancy. Results from the majority of studies suggested there was a connection between preeclampsia and metabolic diseases, such as gestational diabetes mellitus, abnormal lipid metabolism, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy （ICP） , obesity and abnormal thyroid function. Recent studies on the connection between preeelampsia and metabolic diseases has been reviewed in this paper.
