摘要
子痫前期(preeclampsia,PE)是一种妊娠期特发、可累及多脏器、临床表现呈多样性的疾病,一旦确诊,孕产妇和围产儿发病率及死亡率明显升高,规范化的诊断和治疗对改善母儿妊娠结局至关重要。本文主要是对PE诊治的要点进行阐述。
Preeclampsia is described as a pregnancy -specific syndrome that can affect virtually every organ system resulting in various clinical manifestations. The risk of maternal and perinatal mortality and morbidity is increased once a diagnosis of preeclampsia is made. It is important to improve fetomaternal outcomes by standard diagnosis and treatment. This article focused on the diagnosis and treatment of preeclampsia.
